The variety of the area is abundant; Jacks, Trevallies, Snapper, Sweetlips, Grouper, Frogfish, Leaf Fish, Dog Tooth Tuna, Turtles, Black Tip Sharks, Eagle Rays, Grey Reef Sharks, Caverns, Wrecks and more.
The Thailand Aggressor operates out of Balohan Port, Pulau Weh. Guests will fly into Banda Aceh (BTJ), Indonesia, be met and transferred from the airport or Hermes Palace Hotel to the Port Uleelheue where guests will board a fast speed ferry (45 minutes) to Pulau Weh to join the Thailand Aggressor.
Bandah Aceh is located at the northern tip of the island of Sumatra and the main point of access to Weh Island (Pulau means island in Indonesia). It is the northern most point of the Indonesian archipelago. Sunday morning guests will begin diving around the beautiful island of Pulau Weh.
Guests will dive sites such as Shark Lako Plateau, Batee Tokong, LL House Reef & Batee Dua, UW Volcano/Hotsprings, Sea Garden, Bak Kopra and the list goes on.
Friday – Arrival in Banda Aceh, 2 pm pick up from the airport, 2:30 pm pick up from the Hermes Palace Hotel, then arrival at the ferry terminal for the ferry departure at 4 pm from Port Uleelheue. Arrival and boarding 5 pm Thailand Aggressor.
Saturday – Five dives in Pulau Weh including night dive
Sunday – Five dives in Pulau Weh including night dive
Monday – Five dives in Pulau Weh including night dive
Tuesday – Five dives in Pulau Weh including night dive
Wednesday – Five dives in Pulau Weh until 7 pm
Thursday – Morning tours, two dives at Pulau Weh, cocktail party, dinner onboard
Friday – Check out 6 am, 8 am departure by ferry to Port Uleelheue, Banda Ache with arrival at 9 am. Transfer to Hermes Palace Hotel or Airport. Recommended to fly out after 1 pm.
Getting There, Passports & Visa Documentation:
Sultan Iskandar Muda International Airport (BTJ), also called Banda Aceh International Airport has connecting flights from Jakarta, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; Singapore and Medan.
Visitors must have a current passport, adequate funds to support themselves, and a return airline ticket. US citizens require a passport that must be valid for 6 months from date of entry. It is the travelers’ responsibility to ensure they have the proper visa to travel into each country on his or her itinerary as well as for re-entry and return to their country. Since regulations vary by country, contact your consulate or embassy of your country for the requirement.

Guests arriving at the Banda Aceh International Airport on the day of the charter or staying at the host hotel will be met at the times listed below by a Thailand Aggressor representative. If you are already in town and wish, you may make your own way to the ferry for a 4 pm departure. (7 Day advance notification is required for transfer arrangements)

4:00 pm Depart Port Uleelheue, Banda Aceh by ferry to Pulau Weh.
Departure – check out 6 am. Depart by ferry at 8 am with arrival to Banda Aceh at approximately 9 am. Transportation will be provided to the Banda Aceh International Airport and the host hotel, Hermes Palace Hotel.
The Thailand Aggressor departs on the charter start date evening from Pulau Weh for its first night anchorage to prepare for diving the next morning. After 5 1/2 days of diving, the Thailand Aggressor returns to port. The crew will host a cocktail party and dinner will be served onboard.
